Week 13 Update

So the big news coming out of this week should be obvious to everyone following along. That's right- the Jets won! Yes, the Jets, looking swank in their Titans-era uniforms, treated the Dolphins like Chicken of the Sea used to treat dolphins. So the dream of an 0-16 Miami season is still alive. My excitement for the win, however, was tempered when I found this:

Watch any of the Jets videos, and you'll know why I'm depressed right now. The one where he's in the Chad jersey and shouder pads is the worst one, so watch that one first.

In other big news, "Gram" aka "The Toledo Blade" aka "Ken Lilga" didn't make her picks this week. Because of his mistake, it looks like Ken won't be getting any help from Gram if he activates his Medic Alert bracelet.

But the biggest news, and the most important, is Scott becoming the best football prognosticator IN THE WORLD. If the season were to end today (and as a Jets fan, I wouldn't mind at all), Scott would be rolling around in $1000 worth of Circuit City credit. Which would be weird, since it would probably be Scott rolling around with a gift card.

Other than that, this week sucked for me, and I don't care how it was for anyone else. Why? Well, because I don't- that's why. Go away. No, it's because my new 50" plasma TV came in, and it is dominating my life right now. So I don't care that I was stuck with crappy games in the daytime- it was in HD!
